In work or daily life, we will encounter the identification of safety shoes. Today, we will take everyone to get to know it.
(1) The so-called safety shoes refer to the inner layer of the toe cap with steel toe, which can protect the toes of the foot and avoid being hit or crushed. Shoes are suitable for wearing light and heavy workplaces, construction industry, transportation industry or public institutions (such as fire brigade, police station…) and general business or small processing workplaces.

(2) If there is a puncture-proof steel plate between the sole and the midsole, it can prevent the iron nail from penetrating the midsole and stab the foot to achieve a protective effect. Generally, such as heavy work sites or construction sites, there are often iron nails, iron filings, and glass shards on the ground in the construction site environment. In order to prevent feet from being injured by foreign objects, it is suitable to wear safety shoes with “puncture-proof steel plate” at the bottom.

(3) Safety shoes are classified according to the nature of the work and the forming structure. Customers can choose:
1. The nature of the job:
(1) For heavy work (H type safety shoes)
(2) For general work (S type safety shoes)
(3) For light work (L-shaped safety shoes)
2. Penetration resistance of iron nails:
(1) Those with resistance to penetrating iron nails, denoted by A
(2) Those without nail penetration resistance, denoted by B
3. The name of the shoe forming structure:
(1) Goodyear’s approach, referred to as G type
(2) Cohesive cooperation method, referred to as Type C
(3) Injection molding method, type I for short
(4) Direct vulcanization pressing method, referred to as V type
4. Examples:
(1) Leather safety shoes, for heavy work (with puncture-proof steel plate), bonding method, expressed by HAC
(2) Leather safety shoes, for light work (without puncture-proof steel plate), Goodyear method, expressed in LBG
(4) In order to meet the safety of wearing shoes, the shoes are tested in accordance with the CNS6863 leather shoes safety shoes standard.
1. Impact resistance test of finished steel toe
The test safety shoes are subjected to a 23kg weight, and the height depends on the nature of the work (for example: H-type 45 cm/S-type 30 cm/L-type 12 cm). After an instant impact, the height of the steel head and the inner space is above 15mm.

2. Flattening test of finished steel toe
After the test safety shoes are pressurized and statically loaded, the pressurization conditions according to the nature of the work are: (H type 1400 kg / S type 1100 kg / L type 450 kg), the height of the steel toe and sole space is above 15mm.

3. Finished product anti-puncture test
After 50 kg static load is pressurized, the test result shall not penetrate.
