Safety performance of anti-smashing work shoes

anti-smashing work shoes

1. Pressure resistance: cut the toe cap 30mm behind the inner toe cap and even the bottom of the upper. It is placed on the platform of a pressure testing machine with an indication error of 1%. Put a cylinder of plasticine with a height of (20±2) mm (below size 250 shoes), (25±2) mm (larger than size 250 shoes) and a diameter of (25±2) mm in the toe cap. Then apply force to the required force at a speed of (5±2) mm/min. Take out the compressed plasticine after releasing the force. Use a dial gauge to measure the height, and take the lowest value measured as the actual value. Its value should meet the regulations.

2. Impact resistance: Put the toe cap with inner toe cap and cylindrical plasticine under the impact machine, and fix the toe cap to be inspected. Lift the impact hammer 20kg to the required height and then free fall to impact the toe cap. Take out the plasticine and measure it with a dial indicator, and its value should meet the regulations.

3. Requirements for the pressure resistance and impact resistance of the inner toe cap: The test method is the same as that of the toe cap. After the test, the deformation distance of the inner toe cap should meet the corresponding requirements.

4. Corrosion resistance requirements of the inner toe cap: due to foot sweat and moisture, the inner toe cap can be corroded, which will affect the quality of the shoes. Therefore, the inner toe cap should have corrosion resistance. The requirement is to use two white filter papers with a width of 100m and a length of 150mm, one end of which is immersed in a 1% NaCl solution. The other end is placed above and below the inner header. Remove the filter paper after 48h. Check the mark of Baotou corrosion due to NaCl solution, and measure the area of each spot. It is required that the corrosion spots shall not exceed 5 points, and each spot shall not be larger than 2, 5 mm.
